Author Guidelines

We invite authors to submit high-quality, original manuscripts to  the International Journal of Informatics and Intelligent Systems, a platform committed to advancing research and practice in its field. Before submitting, authors must ensure that all listed contributors have agreed to authorship and approved the final version. If the manuscript includes third-party materials such as photos, figures, or datasets, appropriate permissions must be secured. Research involving human or animal subjects must include ethical approval in line with the legal requirements of the study’s country.

Submissions will first be evaluated by an editor to assess fit with the journal’s aims and minimum quality standards; those that pass will undergo peer review. To increase the likelihood of acceptance, ensure that the study design is robust, the research argument is clearly articulated, and the title and abstract are concise, clear, and self-contained. Poorly structured or off-scope submissions may face desk rejection.

Before submission, authors should check that the manuscript adheres to journal formatting, includes an abstract, complete references, properly labeled figures and tables, and ethical statements where applicable. We encourage all authors to register an ORCID iD. When ready, submissions can be made via our online system, where authors will be guided through each step. Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that all the following criteria are fully met:

  1. This submission fully adheres to the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  2. This manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by any other journal or publisher.

  3. All references are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted according to the journal’s style.

  4. All tables and figures are properly numbered, clearly labeled, and referenced in the text.

  5. All necessary permissions have been secured for any third-party materials (including images, datasets, or documents) included in the submission.

  6. Ethical approval has been obtained for research involving human or animal subjects, and relevant statements are included in the manuscript.

  7. All listed authors have approved the submission, agree to the authorship listing, and consent to the journal’s publication policies.
